Returns & Refunds

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Harris Avenue we offer a simple returns policy. Simply return your items to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Returns by Post

A refund will be offered provided the goods are in a fully saleable condition, except of course where goods are faulty and/or damaged.

*Please ensure you enclose proof of purchase so we can action your refund/exchange accordingly. We recommend that all returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained.

Unfortunately we don’t cover the postage cost of returning items online at this time.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by emailing Info@harrisavenue.co.uk quoting your order number.

If your order has already been despatched, it will not be possible to cancel your order.  If your order has already been despatched, please simply return your unwanted items to us in the normal way for a full refund.
